Applied AI Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop applied AI solutions for real-world business use cases.
• Build rapid prototypes and PoCs to validate technical feasibility and business value.
• Apply and customize vision, language, and multimodal foundation models for domain-specific problems.
• Train, fine-tune, and adapt foundation models where required.
• Develop agentic AI systems for reasoning, decision-making, tool use, and workflow automation.
• Build intelligent workflows that transform structured and unstructured data into insights and actions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transition validated solutions into scalable systems.

Job Requirements

• Strong background in AI/ML, deep learning, computer vision, NLP, or multimodal modeling.
• Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, or adapting foundation models.
• Experience developing LLM or agentic AI applications.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Ability to rapidly prototype, experiment, and iterate on AI solutions.
• Experience deploying AI systems into production environments is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
