Apprentice Customer Care

As an Apprentice Customer Care representative, you will be an integral part of our back-office team, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and offering efficient solutions. You will work closely with our experienced team, learning the ins and outs of customer care and contributing to our company's success.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Provide product and service information, offering guidance and recommendations to customers.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members, ensuring effective problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends, attending training sessions as required.
• Assist in data entry and basic administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening.
