Arabic PR & Content Creator

Job Purpose: The Arabic PR & Content Creator is responsible for creating clear, engaging, and culturally relevant content for UAE government entities across digital platforms and communication campaigns. This role combines journalism, public relations, and content creation to translate government initiatives, services, and policies into compelling stories that inform, engage, and build public trust. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Content Creation: Develop high-quality Arabic content, including articles, interviews, press releases, speeches, social media copy, scripts, website content, and campaign materials. - Content Planning & Editorial Calendar: Develop content plans, editorial calendars, and communication messaging aligned with client objectives and government priorities. - Research & Storytelling: Research topics, interview stakeholders, and transform complex information into engaging, audience-focused content. - Digital Content Creation: Create platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other digital channels. - Translation & Adaptation: Adapt content between Arabic and English while maintaining accuracy, tone, and cultural relevance. - Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with account management, strategy, creative, video, and production teams to deliver integrated communication campaigns. - Editing & Quality Assurance: Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, editorial quality, and compliance with government communication standards. - Content Performance & Trends: Monitor content performance, audience engagement, and industry trends to continuously improve communication effectiveness.

Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Media, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in journalism, public relations, government communications, editorial content, or digital communications. - Exceptional Arabic writing, editing, and proofreading skills. - Strong command of Emirati dialect and a deep understanding of UAE culture. - Excellent English writing and editing skills. - Experience writing press releases, articles, speeches, interviews, and digital content. - Strong understanding of digital communication and social media platforms. - Previous experience in an agency or working with UAE government entities is highly preferred.
