Role Overview:
We are seeking a QA Lead with strong expertise in RSA Archer to oversee quality assurance activities, lead a team of testers, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions. This role involves test strategy design, coordination with development teams, and continuous improvement of QA processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, document, and execute test cases and scripts for the Archer SmartSuite Framework.
Lead and mentor the QA team to align with organizational quality goals.
Design and implement test strategies and plans to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Collaborate with development teams to analyze requirements and detect potential issues early.
Track test execution progress and manage defect reporting.
Drive process improvements and enhance QA methodologies.
Promote a quality-focused culture through cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer.
Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and Agile practices.
Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
