Matterway builds AI assistants that automate repetitive tasks and guide decisions for operational teams in large enterprises. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to work across our product suite spanning a cloud platform for process optimization and specialized AI agents. The role centers on talking to customers translating fuzzy problems into crisp product bets and shipping elegant software at high velocity. Responsibilities

Run user interviews shadow user workflows and join sales and support calls. Synthesize pain points into actionable insights. Frame problems by integrating user needs market dynamics and data driven signals and estimate the effort worth investing. Write lean PRDs and specs and sketch solutions in Figma or as quick prototypes. Coordinate with leadership and functional leads to evaluate prioritize and staff opportunities for execution. Champion intuitive functional and beautiful design across the product. Own UAT and partner with QA to uphold quality. Maintain and groom the opportunity backlog. Coordinate with the engineering team to structure delivery plans align on scope and keep momentum by eliminating blockers swiftly. Keep a pulse on progress through transparent tracking and ensure the team stays on course toward high velocity delivery. Orchestrate go live activities changelogs communications and enablement. Monitor post launch analytics and optimize for adoption. Curate playbooks FAQs and internal wikis so new teammates hit the ground running. Continuously refine our tools and processes. Prompt engineer prototype and test doing whatever moves the product forward without being afraid to get your hands dirty.
