Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations and upgrades.
• Design scalable and sustainable finance solutions aligned with business requirements and Oracle best practices.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal solution designs.
• Define end-to-end finance processes spanning Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Fixed Assets.
• Develop architecture roadmaps and transformation strategies.

Functional Leadership

• Provide expertise across Oracle Cloud Finance modules including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Cash Management (CM) Fixed Assets (FA) Expenses Tax Subledger Accounting (SLA) Financial Reporting Center (FRC) Intercompany Accounting
• Lead chart of accounts design and financial reporting strategies.
• Drive process standardization and automation initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with Finance leadership, Controllers, CFO organizations, and business users.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive solution designs.
• Present architecture recommendations and solution roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
• Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.

Integration & Technical Oversight

• Define integration architecture involving: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) ERP Cloud APIs FBDI/ADFDI Web Services Third-party applications
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure scalable and secure integrations.
• Review technical designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle: Discovery Requirements Gathering Solution Design Configuration Testing Deployment Hypercare Support
• Support data migration, reporting, and testing strategies.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with financial controls and audit requirements.
• Support regulatory and statutory reporting requirements.
• Establish governance standards and solution documentation.
