Architectural Designer / Architectural Assistant

. Prepare design concept sketches, master planning, space planning,design development, detail/ construction drawings and prepare presentations
· Ability to meet deadline of multiple projects

· Independently handle projects/ meetings at all stages of progress
· Software competency: Autocad,Photoshop, Microsoft Office & 3D visualisation/ rendering (Sketch Up etc).

· Masters/ Degree/Diploma in Architecture/ Building or equivalent

· Able to workindependently & self-motivated

· Independent but also at eam player, positive and interpersonal skill

· Minimum 2 years of working experience
