Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assisting and collaborating with senior designers to develop projects from concept to completion.
  • Contributing to design and documentation of projects through all design phases under the direction of more senior members.
  • Participating in client meetings, collaborating with teammates in crafting presentations to communicate design narratives.
  • Conduct research on materials, products, and trends to inform design decisions.
  • Supporting on the creation and production of 3D models and design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD under the direction of more senior members.
  • Selecting and specifying architectural finishes
  • Designing, detailing and specifying custom FF&E
  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Candidate Qualifications & Skills:

  • Formal training such as B.Arch or B.S in Architecture or related field from an accredited school.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-graduate design experience in an architectural and/or interior design studio.
  • Strong Revit, Enscape and AutoCAD skills.
  • Ability to model in 3DS Max, Rhino or Revit.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with designers across the firm.


Location:
This opportunity is located at our Broadway Studio in New York. On this occasion, we can only consider applications from those fully authorised to work in the U.S.
This position involves a hybrid work arrangement, incorporating both a 2-day remote and a 3-day in-person commitment in our New York studio.

Contract: Full time, permanent

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is between $65,000 - $75,000 plus benefits. We will consider relevant experience and qualifications in determining compensation.
