Job purpose

Follow quality processes to help ensure that products and projects meet required standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures, assist with inspections and audits, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and work with cross-functional teams to address quality issues. Collaborate with senior engineers and contribute to ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Key accountability areas

Drawing conformity:
Ensure that all dimensions and embedments are followed.
Communicate with designers for clarity on any conflicts.

Inspection compliance:
Follow issued RFI and provide comments.
Monitor that comments are rectified.
Represent the department for joint inspection with consultants, clients, etc.

Contributes to continuous improvements:
Enhance processes to improve efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis for all NCRs.
Monitor implementation of corrective action requests.

Project execution conformity:
Make sure that only approved materials are utilized.
Clarify any project arrangements that require execution.
Raise any quality concerns that may be encountered to avoid repetition.

Documentation:
Report any non-conformity and observations including the required root cause analysis.
Follow the required corrective actions needed for implementation.

Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.

Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Health, safety, and environment:
Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products and services.

Academic qualification

Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering

Work experience

5 to 10 years
