Architectural Project Manager (Intermediate)

Job Scope:

• Ensure design complies with all statutory requirements
• Managing design development of the project
• Execute tender procurement
• On-site construction supervision
• Procure statutory compliance for TOP and CSC
• Monitor the making good of defects and final certification

Requirement:

1. A degree in Architectural, Civil/ Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying.
2. The degree shall be recognised either by the respective professional bodies, professional institutions or BCA
3. A minimum of seven (7) years of practical experience in Project Management Services (for intermediate position)
4. Familiarity with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Work
5. Attended and passed the "Construction Safety Course for Project Managers” conducted by agencies approved by the Ministry of Manpower.
6. The PM shall work with the Architect and the Consultants in the planning, co-ordination, reporting and implementation of the Project.
