Architecture Project Manager
Summary
Manages custom millwork and architectural projects end-to-end at a high-end millwork company — coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors, interpreting drawings, maintaining schedules and budgets, and overseeing fabrication and on-site installation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage custom millwork and architectural projects from design approval through fabrication and installation.
Coordinate with clients, architects, general contractors, and internal teams.
Interpret architectural drawings and specifications for project execution.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Monitor production and installation to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents.
Identify potential risks or delays and develop mitigation strategies.
Work on-site during installations and support multiple ongoing projects.
Perform take-offs and prepare budgets.
Produce or revise shop drawings as needed.
Support administrative tasks related to project management.
Requirements
We are looking for an Architecture Project Manager to be based in the Bahamas. This role is responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations, deadlines, and budgets.
Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management within architecture, construction, millwork, or related industries. Willingness to learn about millwork processes and develop technical knowledge in the field.
Strong hands-on attitude, comfortable working on site and engaging directly with production and installation activities.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and professional Spanish.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of carpentry or millwork fabrication/installation is considered a plus, not a requirement.
A background in architectural studies is an asset.
