Area Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including management, supervision, guidance, and performance improvement of employees.
- Manage to supervise store managers of several branches
- Motivate staff to drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Proactively gather market information and provide comprehensive reports to the company.
- Handle customer complaints and address store management-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to company directives and execute additional tasks delegated by leadership.
- Manage stock efficiently by conducting stock takes, placing orders, organizing storage, and monitoring inventory levels.
- Perform data analysis to clean, transform, and process raw data, extracting actionable insights to support informed decision-making. This includes presenting findings through charts, images, tables, and graphs to mitigate decision-making risks.
Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese, English, Indonesia. Able to communicate in Chinese will be added advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least diploma or degree.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field especially having working experience in Retail would be an advantages
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel).
