Take control of innovation

As an AMO Manager you will ensure that safe and reliable equipment is delivered to operations in a cost effective and efficient manner without harm to people or the environment.

As an AMO manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing planning, processes and systems to ensure operational alignment with production, whilst optimizing cost and process improvements
  • Owning metrics, measures and targets for all workshop
  • Ensuring production schedule and job planning process
  • Directing repair, testing, and assembly of equipment
  • Overseeing Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul
  • Owning HSE and quality for your assigned area of the workshop and support other areas of the shop
  • Keeping work areas of the facility in a safe, clean and organized manner at all times in accordance with 6S checklist
  • Optimizing work flow / shop layout efficiency
  • Ensuring inventory requirements are alerted up through Materials
  • Developing a yearly operational plan to define departmental initiatives and to support activities and projects
  • Communicating with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and updates on projects and outcomes of research programs


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/related fields or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of Assembly, Repair and Maintenance techniques
  • Have minimum 5 years’ experience in the oilfield industry in similar capacity
  • Have leadership experience and ability to manage team
