Asset Management Analyst Origination
You support the front end of the asset lifecycle by conducting parcel diligence, evaluating options and lease-to-own arrangements, coordinating technical and environmental studies, and tracking entitlements and permitting. You monitor timelines, flag critical-path risks, maintain diligence records, communicate power and interconnection action items, package findings into site summaries, and support handoff into development.
Responsibilities
- Support parcel diligence and option or lease-to-own evaluation
- Coordinate technical and environmental studies for site feasibility
- Support front-end origination alongside Business Development and Legal
- Track entitlements and permitting across the portfolio and pipeline
- Monitor diligence timelines and flag risks to critical-path items
- Maintain diligence records, checklists, and per-site data repositories
- Flag power and interconnection considerations and communicate action items
- Package diligence findings into site summaries
- Support handoff from origination into development
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate development, infrastructure, energy, or transactional diligence
- Hands-on experience with title, survey, zoning, environmental, or entitlement review
- Experience coordinating third-party studies and consultants
- Ability to track timelines across multiple sites and proactively flag critical-path risks
- Clear written communication skills
- Data center development exposure preferred
- Experience with a multi-site portfolio or pipeline preferred
