The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven professional to manage and develop business relationships across Western Poland. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who enjoys working closely with customers, leading commercial negotiations, and driving business growth. The position involves frequent business travel and regular face-to-face customer meetings throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers and partners.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiate business terms.
• Conduct regular customer visits across Western Poland.
• Identify customer needs and recommend value-added business solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams on commercial, logistics, and financial processes.
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for further growth.
• Prepare reports and analyses to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar commercial role; Experience in transportation, logistics, or commercial
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles and commercial negotiations.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities.
• Fluent Polish and good English communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field several days per week.
