Asset Operations/Operations Manager

Job Purpose: To ensure smooth operation with respect to documentation adequacy, messenger services and transportation

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring adequacy and accuracy of all the documentation of logistics
2. Arranging and ensuring timely availability of the messenger for clearing customs, inspection, handling cargo for export, DO, cheque and document collection
3. Arranging the transportation as required
4. Taking customer feedback and ensuring continuous improvement of services to meet the customer demand

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Master’s degree preferred.

∙Proven 3+ years’ experience in an operations management role, preferably within the

renewable energy or manufacturing industry.

∙Strong leadership and team management skills.

∙Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

∙Proficiency in operations management software and tools.

∙Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

∙Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

∙Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
