Key Responsibilities:
• Support overall lodge operations and guest experience delivery
• Assist with staff training, development, HR and performance management
• Oversee social media and PR communication initiatives
• Support budgeting, reporting, projects, and supplier relationships
• Assist with conservation and community development projects
• Drive operational excellence across housekeeping, butlers, kitchen, and guest services
• Participate in strategic meetings and lodge development initiatives

Requirements
Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management
3–4 years hospitality management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Computer literate
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Passion for luxury hospitality
Ability to work under pressure in a remote island environment
