Job description

Implement and support ACCOR best practices.
Contribute to ACCOR Technology Services knowledgebase.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PCs, servers, networks, software, and IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
Install, configure, maintain, and optimize Windows servers, workstations, databases, and peripheral equipment.
Support onboarding processes by setting up user accounts, system access, and IT equipment for new employees.
Collaborate with internal departments to maintain IT security, system performance, and emergency/crisis management readiness.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven IT experience in the hospitality industry
• Sound computer knowledge in Opera System, MICROS, and MS Office applications
• Displays initiative
• Customer/people-oriented
• High attention to detail and ability to complete projects
