4+ years of experience in consulting or any other offshore-onshore coordinated work
•Certified /experience in Medallia solution, development & implementation
•Manage and challenge senior stakeholders, and able to work beyond own area of expertise
•Effective verbal and written communication skills. Collaborate with clients - both in offshore and onshore models
•Experience of digital solutions and customer experienceprojects/programs.
•Manage end-to-end delivery for projects
