Assistant Manager

Greetings! We are a new family-style Korean-Italian fusion restaurant opening in the CBD area in 4Q 2026. We are looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our management team in managing the Front of House operations.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years' experience in another full-service restaurant
- Trained in high service quality and standards
- Familiarity with restaurant service setup routines
- Strong leadership and a team player
- Willingness to learn and stamina to upkeep with a Manager trained in MICHELIN quality standard
- Able to guide juniors well
- Experience in staff rostering and inventory tracking
- Languages: strong command of spoken and written English
