Assistant Manager HR
As an Assistant Manager HR, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Manager and leading a team of Customer Care Executives (CCEs). Your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service and employee satisfaction. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring CCEs, overseeing their performance, and implementing strategies to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Care Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries and complaints.
- Implement and monitor performance evaluation processes, providing constructive feedback to CCEs.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the CCE team.
- Collaborate with other departments to align customer care strategies with overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, address concerns, and promote a positive work culture.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement, implementing necessary changes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer care and HR management.
- Assist in recruitment processes, screening and interviewing potential CCE candidates.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer care or HR management role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using HR management software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
