Assistant Manager Project
Overview of the role:
The project coordinator is pivotal in supporting real estate development projects by working closely with the Sr. Project Manager to ensure the seamless execution of plans across design, construction, and handover stages. The role demands a strong focus on maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating project components, and ensuring timely deliverables. Success in this role hinges on the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, foster teamwork, and adapt to project specifications. A significant emphasis lies in the promotion of collaboration, accuracy in updates, and anticipation of necessary support to keep projects on track.
What you will do:
General
- Support the Sr. Project Manager in the coordination and execution of real estate development projects across design, construction, and handover stages.
- Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, progress reports, and key performance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants/contractors to ensure timely delivery of project components.
- Follow up on action items and project deliverables, escalating issues as necessary to the senior Project Manager.
- Promote collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Manage multiple project tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Build alignment and maintain communication among diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Adapt quickly to changing project needs and timelines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

What qualifies you for the role:
- Minimum 7 years experience in real estate or construction project management, with at least 3 years at a reputable real estate developer.
- Proven expertise in contractual, schedule, and budget framework adherence.
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Solution-oriented approach with high negotiation capabilities.
- Highly presentable with excellent English language skills.
