Assistant Manager – Student Relationship
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented professional to strengthen and expand
student engagement across key Northeast regions,especially Guwahati, Silchar and other parts
of Assam. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships with
schools, educators, and local communities while driving student outreach initiatives for
Inspiria.
- Key Responsibilities
"Candidates must reside and work in the North East region.
● Build and nurture strong relationships with schools, tuition teachers, and local
educators to enhance Inspiria’s presence
● Plan and execute school outreach activities, including annual events, seminars, and
engagement sessions
● Coordinate with schools to schedule and conduct interactive sessions for students
● Facilitate and manage school visits to the Inspiria campus, ensuring a seamless
experience
● Identify and develop new lead-generation opportunities through on-ground activities
and networking
● Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and activities using CRM tools and
log sheets
● Achieve and exceed assigned targets for outreach activities and student engagement
in the region
● Ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and merchandise to partner schools
Qualifications & Experience
● Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
● Experience: Minimum 3 years of field experience, preferably in education, outreach,
or relationship management
● Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
● Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
● Organized with good record-keeping and CRM management skills
● Ability to identify opportunities and take initiative
● Comfortable working independently in field-based roles
