Job Description:
- Responsible in technical & functional learning design, delivery & execution for estates & mills operations.
- Design & develop technical learning curriculum and learning solutions aligned with current practices & requirements ie optimizing mechanisation efficiency.
- Analyze & identify training needs & team gaps analysis in the technical skills & knowledge.
- Coordinate & implement training programmes to improve the gaps.
- Measure improvements in employees’ job performance.
- Assist in annual training budget planning & preparation.
