Assistant Marketing Manager (B2B)

Job Description:

• Collaborate with regional business units to develop and implement marketing strategies and content for new product launches.
• Lead social media strategies and campaigns to strengthen brand engagement.
• Manage regional marketing campaigns and product launches for B2B products.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing plans, coordinating regional campaigns to strengthen brand presence and generate leads and sales conversions.
• Develop engaging and targeted marketing content for both online and offline channels.
• Organize and execute events to increase brand visibility across the region.
• Ensure consistent compliance with brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging marketing trends to ensure the company remains competitive in regional marketing communications.
• Manage external vendors, ensuring expenses remain within the approved budget and deliverables meet communication standards and agreed timelines.
• Lead and oversee a team of marketing communications and social media specialists.
• Promote a collaborative team culture and mentor team members to enhance performance and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or any related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
