Assistant Operation Manager

Job Description:

• Interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and managing employees
• Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and service and making sure the business complies with health and food safety regulations.
• To supervise and co-ordinate daily operation of outlets
• Oversee and maintain records for inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment.
• Achieve maximum profitability and overall success by controlling costs and quality of service.

Job Requirement:

• Passion in F&B industry, pleasant personality with a good service attitude
• Must be able to work on weekend and public holiday
• Willing to learn and adapt to a fast pace environment
