Assistant Operations Manager
Ready to lead from behind the scenes? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, Assistant Operations Manager to help coordinate rides, manage schedules, and keep our team and passengers moving smoothly.
This role plays a key part in:
Coordinate and manage consumer transportation scheduling
Handle and maintain accurate trip information
Monitor and track transportation activities throughout the day
Communicate with customers regarding transportation services and scheduling
Supervise and support drivers to ensure efficient operations
Participate in a rotating after-hours remote on-call support schedule
Work collaboratively as part of the operations team
Maintain organized records and documentation
Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and team members
What we’re looking for:
One (1) year of relevant experience in dispatching and scheduling
High School Diploma or GED
Associates Degree is preferred.
One (1) year of supervisory experience is preferred.
Starting annual salary $40,000-$45,000 commensurate with experience.
