• Develop, drive & own retail marketing strategy including offline events and activations to fuel business growth and brand equity. • Manage and deliver marketing strategies across all consumer touch points to raise brand awareness and conversion. • Plan and manage daily operations for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LINE and Threads. • Plan and execute local content creation projects, including shooting and on-site management. • Data analysis on regular basis to evaluate the performance of retail marketing & social media platforms and optimize strategies. • Drive collaboration between cross functional teams including retail operations, visual merchandising, e-commerce, merchandising and CRM as well as HQ marketing peers to deliver and improve go-to-market process. • Leverage and integrate market trends and consumer insights to deliver effective consumer led campaigns and brand experiences. • Align with line manager to implement and execute other marketing communications campaigns or projects. • Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
