Assistant Product Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Product Manager within the Neuromuscular Franchise at Biogen France, you will contribute to the development and deployment of the marketing strategy dedicated to rare neuromuscular diseases.

Working in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and the Franchise Director, you will participate in the implementation of innovative marketing initiatives aimed at improving patient care and supporting the growth of a portfolio of innovative treatments.

You will operate in a cross-functional environment, partnering with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Patient Engagement, Digital, and field teams to ensure the operational execution of marketing projects and contribute to the success of one of Biogen's most strategic franchises dedicated to rare diseases.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager and Franchise Director in defining the marketing and commercial strategy

• Develop and support the deployment of marketing tactics to support our strategic objectives

• Develop services necessary to improve the care of patients with rare neuromuscular diseases or the organization of care

• Develop and deploy multi-channel product and environment marketing tools adapted to local specificities (regulatory and customer) in strong interaction with the Medical, Innovation, Digital, and Market Access departments

• Train field teams on marketing campaigns/tools and analyze their implementation with a view to continuous improvement

• Provide support for the coordination of all marketing activities at regional and national congresses (strategic congress brief, stand location and construction, choice of documentation, support for symposium organization, etc.)

Required skills

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in a scientific field (Pharmacy, Life Sciences, etc.); a dual scientific/marketing degree or business school background is an asset.

• Initial experience in marketing, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry (internship, work-study, or first job).

• Good understanding of regulated environments and an interest in pharmaceutical processes.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Team spirit, curiosity, autonomy, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.

• Proficiency in French and fluent English.
