Assistant Production Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Production Manager to support the production team in achieving operational excellence. This role involves coordinating production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing workflow to meet targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and overseeing production processes to ensure efficiency and timely completion. - Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth workflow and resource availability. - Monitor production activities and address any operational issues promptly. - Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the production cycle. - Help in training and supervising production staff to enhance team performance. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and report progress to senior management. - Prepare regular production reports and metrics for tracking performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. - Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate teams effectively. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations in manufacturing. - Proficiency with production management software is a plus.
