Assistant Project Manager
Responsibilities
Develop full-scale project plans and conduct project meetings to ensure they align with client objectives.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
Lead the design development process in collaboration with architects and engineering teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential challenges proactively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies on-site.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and provide direction to site teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management with a focus on façade projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex façade projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of façade materials, design principles, and construction techniques.
Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management software.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to navigate challenging project dynamics and deliver results under pressure.
