Assistant Property Manager
You manage property portfolios, serve investors, resolve operational problems, coordinate tasks across teams, support leasing and property operations, assist with property purchases and sales, and represent the company in eviction-related court hearings when required.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio according to investor goals and objectives
- Provide customer service to investors
- Resolve complex problems and underlying issues
- Assess, organize, schedule and execute tasks
- Create tasks for team members and follow up on completion
- Build relationships with departments
- Test software, processes and organizational changes
- Discuss and cross-sell real estate products
- Oversee onsite managers when applicable
- Assist investors with property purchases and sales
- Represent the company in eviction-related court hearings
Requirements
- Active real estate license
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of residential or commercial property management or real estate operations experience
- Prior experience working directly with property ownership is a plus
- Cost and revenue management experience highly preferred
- Experience using multiple property management software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
