What We're Looking For:
- Previous restaurant leadership or management experience
- Passion for hospitality and team development
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and financial controls
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and performance coaching
- Professional, positive, and results-oriented leadership style
- Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Awareness Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business needs require
