Responsibilities

• Supervise waiters and ensure service standards are consistently met
• Welcome guests, present menus, and guide food and beverage choices
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism
• Ensure section readiness, mise en place, and hygiene standards

Requirements

• F&B experience is essential
• Five-star hotel or fine dining background required
• High level of English essential; additional languages a plus
