Key responsibilities

• Supports retail project planning and delivery
• Coordinates tenants, contractors and stakeholders
• Assists with site inspections, design reviews and submissions
• Tracks programmes, deliverables and approvals
• Supports HSE, authority approvals and site compliance
• Assists with T&C, snagging and project close-out
• Maintains project documentation, trackers and reporting
• Supports meetings, client coordination and issue escalation

Experience and background

• 1–3 years’ relevant experience
• Based in Dubai
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Project Management, or a related field
• Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills
• 1 month notice period
