Assoc Mgr, Software QA
Job Overview
Lead and manage a team of Data Quality Assurance (QA) Engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data solutions that meet organisational and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze project requirements and determine Data QA resource needs.
Develop, review, and approve test plans and testing strategies.
Assign, monitor, and evaluate the work of Data QA Engineers to ensure timely and effective execution.
Collaborate with Project Management, Development, and IT teams to support the successful delivery of projects.
Ensure products and deliverables meet established quality standards and business requirements.
Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor Data QA team members.
Manage user access based on the principle of least privilege.
Monitor team capacity, utilization, and resource allocation.
Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
Promote and enforce QA best practices, standards, and methodologies.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
Revoke system and application access for employees transitioning off the team or leaving the organization.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Quality Assurance, Data Testing, or a related field.
