Associate Director, Fund Accounting

THIS ROLE

A senior leadership position responsible for implementing strategic initiatives and driving operational
excellence across multiple fund accounting and client services teams. This role leads service delivery
enhancements, manages resource allocation, and develops talent while overseeing complex, highvolume operations. The position focuses on tactical execution, team performance, and cross-functional
collaboration to achieve departmental objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

ABOUT YOU

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a CPA or equivalent certification highly preferred; an MBA is an advantage.
  • You have at least 10 years of progressive experience in fund accounting, financial services, or client operations, including 5 years in leadership and management roles.
  • You possess extensive experience leading multiple teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and delivering results in complex, high-volume environments.
  • You are skilled in managing complex client portfolios, handling high-level escalations, and optimizing resources through effective capacity planning and performance management.
  • You demonstrate strong expertise in departmental strategy, operational improvement, regulatory compliance, risk management, and industry best practices.
