You advise product, engineering, and senior leadership on the development and scaling of crypto and financial services products. You assess regulatory considerations, guide market expansion and go-to-market planning, draft customer-facing legal documents, and translate regulatory developments into practical business guidance.
Responsibilities
- Advise product teams on designing launching and scaling products
- Assess regulatory and legal considerations
- Guide regulatory readiness and jurisdictional expansion
- Draft and maintain product terms and disclosures
- Advise on product positioning and marketing
- Monitor and interpret global regulatory developments
- Translate regulatory developments into business guidance
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar
- 10+ years of legal experience focused on regulated financial technology companies
- Expertise in payments regulation and digital asset custody
- In-house experience at a fintech or digital asset company
- Experience launching regulated financial products in multiple jurisdictions
- Drafting negotiation and communication skills
- Experience working with financial institutions and structuring legal partnerships
- Familiarity with global corporate governance practices
