Associate Interior Designer
We are recruiting for a leading international design practice, an Associate Designer to join its Dubai-based studio, working across an exceptional portfolio of luxury hotel, resort, and branded residential projects across the Middle East and internationally. This is a senior design and leadership opportunity for an experienced designer with a strong background in high-end hospitality and/or luxury residential interiors, who is confident leading design teams, managing client relationships and delivering projects to an exceptionally high standard. The Role The Associate Designer will play a key role in the creative and project delivery process, leading teams of designers across complex, high-profile luxury projects. The role combines design leadership, team management and client engagement, with significant exposure to international projects and leading hospitality brands.
Key Responsibilities -Lead and mentor teams of designers throughout the design process. - Drive design quality, ensuring a strong and consistent creative vision. - Work closely with clients, operators, consultants and project stakeholders. - Present design concepts and develop strong client relationships. - Oversee design development and coordinate with wider project teams. - Contribute creatively to luxury hotel, resort and branded residential projects. - Manage multiple project priorities while maintaining exceptional design standards. - Represent the studio confidently with clients and external partners. About You You will be an accomplished interior designer with significant experience working on luxury hospitality, resort and/or branded residential projects. You will combine strong creative ability with proven leadership, communication and client-management skills. Experience working on Middle Eastern and international projects is highly desirable, as is experience with leading luxury hotel or residential brands. This is a confidential search.
