Associate Manager - PMO

Associate Managers in this role get to: Ability to stay focused: On critical deliverable while handling multiple complex projects. Follow industry practices on Change Management. Leadership skills: Ability to positively influence cross-functional teams and lead as a servant-leader. Demonstrate clear decision making with less inputs and insights on the external parameters. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Organized: Would be required to plan, staff, implement, control & evaluate the project end to end. Our most successful candidates will have: - Good attendance record within Sutherland - Average monthly performance rating of 3.5, for the last 6 months - Current Level not less than 4 - Good educational background & experience in managing projects in IT / ITeS space - Good client facing & internal communications skills - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Experience in handling various SDLC processes - PMP certification (is a plus)
