Mission:

• Achievement of project objectives assigned by Project Manager, within the terms and conditions of the project

Accountabilities:

• Ensure the completion of specific assigned activities an tasks of the project (i.e. preparation of project Payment Certificates; preparation of Variation Orders with PM; updating of Claims with the PM; preparation of documentation to obtain by the Client, the authorization to work for Subcontractors; etc.)
• Ensure the efficiency of the project reporting process
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Project Management Plan
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the project schedule
• Contribute to the Customer Satisfaction Process (complains recording)

Skills and Knowledge:

• English: Speak, Write, Read and Listen above the average level
• Japanese language is a plus
• Microsoft office software: excellent level
• Railway experience in signalling/Rolling Stock is a plus
