Love technology, operations, and solving business puzzles? Join VML MAP as an Associate Tech Solution Consultant and become a go-to expert in Adobe Workfront. You'll work with a tight-knit team to build the digital backbone that helps world-class brands manage their content and work smarter.
What will your day look like?
As part of our Solution Consulting team, you'll help clients solve complex marketing and operational challenges through technology. Working alongside experienced Consultants and Business Architects, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing Adobe Workfront solutions that enable modern Collaborative Work Management and Content Supply Chain capabilities:
- Collaborate closely with Business Architects and client stakeholders to ensure business processes are effectively understood.
- Assist in gathering business and technical requirements, documenting solution decisions and producing technical documentation.
- Translate defined business processes into Adobe Workfront configuration and automation requirements.
- Implement Adobe Workfront object structures, user access and permissions, custom forms, workflows, reports, dashboards and governance configurations in line with solution designs.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), package deployments, go-live activities and post-launch hypercare.

What do you bring to the table?
We're looking for someone who enjoys combining technology with consulting and is excited by solving business problems through enterprise platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn supporting technologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with client/stakeholder management
- Experience with workfront
- Understanding of Enterprise SaaS platforms, marketing operations and the role of a consultancy in bringing these to life for our clients.
- Understanding of how collaborative work management platforms support marketing operations and Content Supply Chain processes.
