We are currently seeking a driven Associate Territory Manager – Neurosurgical to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This is an ideal opportunity for junior sales professionals or healthcare practitioners looking to transition into the medical device industry, with strong exposure to capital equipment and associated consumables.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and increase market share across the Neurosurgical portfolio

  • Support new business development and manage existing customer relationships

  • Provide clinical support in operating theatres, assisting surgeons and clinical staff

  • Deliver product demonstrations, training, and technical support

  • Troubleshoot product usage and provide ongoing customer support

  • Travel across Sydney with occasional trips to regional NSW (short trips every 3-4 weeks)

Skills and experience

Required

  • Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated sales experience and strong interest in medical device sales

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to achieve sales targets

  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

  • High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability

Preferred

  • Background in healthcare, allied health, or life sciences (preferred)

  • Knowledge and understanding of anatomy, surgery, and healthcare environments
