Job Summary
Lead and manage team operations to deliver effective fire protection maintenance and service solutions. Drive contract acquisition, client engagement, and team development to ensure high-quality preventive and corrective maintenance outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure team efficiency and timely completion of fire protection maintenance tasks
- Deliver On-The-Job Training to enhance team members’ technical skills and service capabilities
- Identify and secure new service contracts and repair work to expand business opportunities
- Communicate proactively with clients to follow up on outstanding quotations and maintain strong relationships
- Guide and support team members in executing preventive and corrective maintenance on fire protection systems
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or ITC in Engineering
- Class 3 driving license to operate company vehicles for site visits and client engagements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Fire extinguisher Licensed Operator certification
- Certificate in Fire Protection Maintenance
