Auto Cad Drafter & Bim Modeler

· Create shop drawings based on client giveninformation, specifications and calculations. Incorporating all the details inthe drawings

· Make the drawings in keeping with companystandards

· Provide MTO based on drawing details

· Maintain all drawing files, update drawings asneeded, and make corrections to drawings as directed by the Leads.

· Drawing tasks will include but not limited to;development and maintenance of a drawing numbering system, proper control ofrevisions received either from client, regulatory authority or internallygenerated requirement

· Lead piping team in drafting standard

· Explain drawings to production or constructionteams and provide adjustments when necessary

· Liaise with the design specialists on drawings,amendment and re-submission to clients

· Assist in conducting site measurement andinspections

· Attend site and office meetings and prepareprogress reports

· To study project and design basis such as scopeof work, overall project schedule, basic design data, client specification,client standard drawings, existing drawings, and plot plan.
