Automation & AI Architect
We are seeking a seasoned Automation & AI Architect to spearhead our enterprise-wide digital transformation. In this strategic technical role, you will redefine operational efficiency by designing, orchestrating, and scaling intelligent automation solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem and core enterprise platforms. You will bridge the gap between business needs and cutting-edge technology—connecting systems like Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and ServiceNow with modern Generative AI capabilities.
- Microsoft Ecosystem Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Microsoft 365 enterprise services.
- Enterprise Systems & Integrations: Solid experience designing integration points across Azure DevOps, Dynamics 365, and enterprise IT service platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Technical Architecture: Strong grasp of API design (REST/SOAP), modern web services, workflow engines, and distributed system architectures.
- Next-Gen AI Implementation: Hands-on experience architecting or deploying Microsoft Copilot, autonomous AI agents, and intelligent document/process automation.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of influencing both C-suite executives and technical engineering leads.
