FUNCTIONS AND TASKS
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage & Administration of D&A ServiceNow Instance
Manage the ServiceNow environment and handle ticket requests for all Copeland Data and Analytics inquiries.
Fulfil Data & Analytics Requests and Analytics Project Support
Fulfil reporting, dashboard, and data requests from business stakeholders.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Sigma Computing,
Provide data analysis and insights to support business and operational decisions.
Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
Validate data and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support data governance, reporting standards, and analytics best practices across the organization.
Implement Automation & Optimization
Develop and implement automated data workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Utilize Sigma Computing and other analytics platforms to automate reports, dashboards, and recurring business reporting requirements.
Analyze existing business processes, reports, and data flows to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, standardization, or elimination of manual activities.
Design and enhance dashboards and self-service analytics solutions that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into automated reporting and analytics solutions.
Ensure data integrity and reliability through data validation, quality monitoring, and adherence to established data governance standards.
Create and maintain documentation for automated processes, reporting solutions, and optimization initiatives, including knowledge transfer to end users.
Monitor and continuously improve automated solutions to enhance performance, reduce processing time, and support evolving business requirements.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.
Additional Functions
Performs other functions as may be deemed necessary by and needed to deliver the output guided by the company, site and department’s vision, mission, and employee policies.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, information systems, related fields
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
With 2 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency in Sigma Computing, Power BI, and other business intelligence and visualization platforms.
Experience with ETL processes, Snowflake, and low-code/no-code automation tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
Knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise data environments (e.g., Oracle).
Understanding of process improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma principles.
Strong data validation, data quality, and reporting governance practices.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather requirements and present insights clearly.
Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies, tools, and analytics platforms.
Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts is preferred.
High attention to detail, numeracy, and a continuous improvement mindset
WORK CONDITIONS
This role will have a mid shift schedule (3pm to 12mn)
It will follow US holidays
We have a hybrid work arrangement and we work on-site for thrice a week
