Position Overview
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through a high-end, consultative vehicle purchasing experience. From initial contact to delivery, your focus will be on building relationships, maintaining strong product knowledge, and consistently executing follow-up to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting the right Jaguar or Land Rover vehicle based on their needs
- Deliver a professional and transparent sales experience from start to finish
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects via phone, text, and email
- Develop and manage a pipeline of active opportunities
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and current inventory
- Work collaboratively with management to structure and finalize deals
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive a plus, but not required)
