Job description
TV systems management: Manage all hotel television systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and replacement of TV sets. Maintain related inventory and store control.
Door lock systems management: Manage all electronic door lock systems, including installation, programming, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Control stock and spare parts inventory.
CCTV systems management: Supervise all CCTV systems, cameras, recording equipment, installation, configuration, monitoring support, and maintenance. Manage inventory and storage of CCTV equipment.
Sound systems & meeting room technology: Manage sound systems, meeting room AV equipment, multimedia systems, projectors, displays, microphones, and conferencing solutions including installation, configuration, maintenance, and inventory control.
Operational support: Provide day-to-day support to hotel operations for all assigned AV, security, and guest technology services, ensuring high availability and service quality.
Coordination & project management: Coordinate with Engineering, Rooms Division, Security, Procurement, Finance, and other departments to gather requirements, execute installations, upgrades, and service improvements.
Inventory & store management: Manage all AV-related inventories, spare parts, assets, and storekeeper activities. Ensure accurate stock records, asset tracking, and replenishment planning.
Vendor & third-party management: Coordinate and manage third-party suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely maintenance, support, warranties, and service delivery.
Maintenance & compliance: Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed on time and in line with hotel standards and manufacturer recommendations.

The AV assistant manager is responsible for managing, supporting, maintaining, installing, configuring, and controlling all audio visual and related technology systems across Sofitel Madina. The role ensures uninterrupted hotel operations, proper inventory management, vendor coordination, and effective collaboration with all concerned departments.
