Soul & More is looking for a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team in the skincare & cosmetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and acquire new dealers to expand the business network

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and dealers

* Monitor dealer performance and sales targets

* Follow up on payments and overdue accounts

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

* Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and Marketing teams

* Support dealers with operational and after-sales needs

* Enhance brand visibility and product placement in the market

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably skincare/cosmetics)

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

* Intermediate English level

* Energetic, flexible, and target-driven personality

* Willingness to work outdoor and in-office

Job Details:

* Full-time position

* 8 working hours/day

* Outdoor & office-based role (Sheikh Zayed)

* 1–2 days off per week

* 1-year renewable contract
